First, separate the two parts, and then work the phone into the TPU part from the bottom first, then into the upper parts (one corner at a time), and then repeating the process with the PC frame. If you are very gentle and careful with a TPU body + polycarbonate frame 2-part case (like the VRS Design Crystal Bumper or the Spigen equivalent), you can probably put it on with little or no lifting/bubbles. There was one entrapped dust, I did as they said on their instruction paper- lift, dust tape, and put back down.
